FAQ
Find out some general questions which project planners and organisers face when trying to manage their next project.
What is a PCO?
PCO stands for “professional conference organisation” and typically offers as well conference management as conference executing services to their clients. Congrex can act as a full service PCO for you or your project, but also specific services are offered. Please get in contact with your local sales team to find out what we can do for you or your project. Read more about this topic in the following
White paper.
My organisation/ project is based/held in a country where Congrex is not present, can Congrex still help me?
Yes, no problem! Over the last year Congrex has successfully executed events in over 45 countries worldwide.
I understand that you have various offices around the world, who will work for my project?
For national projects Congrex acts like a business unit. If your project is executed in another country with a Congrex office, the local team will help out as well, since they have good local knowledge and a vast network.
How is Congrex structured?
Congrex is a privately owned company with 19 offices in 13 countries. All offices can offer global services as well as local services.
I want to organise an event and might need help with specific services, is that possible?
Yes, we also offer specific services like participant registration, venue sourcing or abstract handling separately. Please get in contact with your local sales team to find out how we can help you!
You have four specific service lines but can they also be combined?
For most of our projects our clients use more than just one of our services. So if your conference is in need of travel and accommodation solutions this is no problem as these services are integrated throughout our teams and offices.
